Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Leh

I Arrived in Leh in the morning and transferred to the hotel. Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 meters)Later, in the evening by walk visit Shanti Stupa or Leh Local Market O/N Leh

Day 02: Leh Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we take you for a tour of the hall of fame, gurudwara pathar sahib, magnetic hill, kali temple and sangam. At sangam you can enjoy rafting on the zanskar river.
 Hall of fame is a must visit for every patriotic indian. It was built by the Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in the Kargil war. Return to leh in the afternoon.
 Gurdwara Pathar sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of guru nanak to commemorate his visit to this region.
 Magnetic hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable.
 The sangam is the place called nimu where the zanskar river and indus rivers merge. In the evening come back to leh. Overnight hotel.

Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, also known as Valley of flowers via Khardungla, the highest motorable road in the World, (18,380 ft). On your arrival in Nubra Valley check in the hotel / campAfter a sumptuous lunch take a walk on the banks of Shayok river, you can also enjoy a ride on double humped camel on the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village (Own Cost) O/N Nubra Valley

Day 04: Nubra – Turtuk | Tyakshi – Nubra (170 Kms |5-6 hrs approx.)

After breakfast drive to Turtuk (first time opened for the tourist since 2010) this village was captured by Indians Army in war of 1971 from Pakistan, en route visit Tyakshi (it is the border that divides India and Pakistan) O/N Nubra Valley

Day 05: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)

After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 HrsArrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake

Day 06: Pangong Lake – Tsomoriri via Mahe Bridge

Drive to Tsomoriri Lake. It is a breathtaking journey on a trail that is literally a ‘no mans’ land. Vast lonely stretches on the Changthang plateau makes this drive one of the best isolated drives of this tour. En route visit the faraway settlement of Chushul. Tsomoriri is situated at an altitude of 4511m above sea level; with an area of about 140 Sq.km. Spend your evening watching shadows of the surrounding mountain and the varying depths of Tsomoriri lakeO/N Tso Moriri

Day 07: Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Taglangla – Leh (240 Kms | 7-8 hrs approx)

Morning after breakfast leave to Leh via Puga (Sulphur Mine) and Polakongka pass 15892 ft, Tsokar Lake and Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft, 2^ndhighest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by late Evening O/N Leh

Day 08: Leh Departure

Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home. Tour ends
